Shoe Peg Corn Lesueur Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Shoe Peg corn
    1 can LeSueur peas
    1 small jar pimento
    1/2 c. celery
    chopped onion to taste
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. oil
Preparation
    Drain vegetables.
    Bring to boil sugar, vinegar and oil.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Mix and refrigerate.
    Stir before serving.
