Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2/3 c. cold water
    1 2/3 c. shortening
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt, sugar and shortening together.
    Beat egg really well.
    Add vinegar and water to egg.
    Mix well and then add flour mixture.
    Put in refrigerator for 1/2 hour before using. Makes 4 balls.
