Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. or 2 pkg. yellow cornbread mix
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese (mild Cheddar is good)
    1 2/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 small jar pimentos
    4 large finely chopped jalapeno peppers
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef, browned
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in large bowl.
    Bake in cast-iron skillet. Spray skillet generously with Pam cooking spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
