Apple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter
    7 medium apples, sliced
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar and salt and mix well.
    Cut in butter until it resembles coarse meal.
    Toss apples with water and lemon juice.
    Spoon into lightly greased casserole.
    Sprinkle flour mixture over apples.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Top with cheese.
    Bake an additional 5 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 12.
