Stuffed Potatoes(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large baked potatoes
    1/2 c. nonfat cottage cheese
    1 c. cooked broccoli, chopped
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. thyme
    onion salt to taste
    Butter Buds to taste
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in half.
    Scoop out centers.
    Mash together all ingredients, except Parmesan.
    Fill shells.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan and a twist of pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until heated through, about 15 minutes, if ingredients are cold.
    Has less than one gram of fat per serving.
