Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 sq. chocolate or 4 Tbsp. cocoa
2/3 c. milk
1 Tbsp. butter
few grains salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt chocolate over hot water.
Add sugar, milk, butter and salt.
Boil to soft ball stage.
Cool to room temperature.
Add flavoring.
Beat until creamy and thick.
