Mary Brogan'S Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shrimp
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic
4 Tbsp. butter
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1/2 Tbsp. thyme
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt and pepper
2 pkg. chicken bouillon
3/4 c. white wine
1 1/2 lb. cubed chicken, sauteed
1 lb. sausage, sliced and sauteed with chicken or 3/4 lb. cubed ham or both
Tabasco to taste
Preparation

Saute chopped onion, celery, green pepper and garlic in the butter.
Add tomatoes, thyme, parsley, chili powder, sugar, salt, pepper, bouillon and wine.
Saute the chicken with sausage.
Add Tabasco to taste.
Add meat and shrimp to veggies.
Saute, stirring, for 1 hour on medium heat.
Serve over rice.
