Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick oats
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar (slightly fill)
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. boiling water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    pinch of sugar
    5 c. white flour plus a little more
Preparation
    Combine in a large bowl the oats, whole wheat flour, brown sugar, salt and margarine.
    Pour the boiling water over.
    Stir into combined ingredients and let set until lukewarm.
    Dissolve in a cup the yeast in the warm water and a pinch of sugar.
    Stir in the white flour.
    Let raise.
    Punch down.
    Let raise again.
    Make out 2 loaves.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
