Chicken Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe

2 (15 oz.) cans cut asparagus, drained or 2 pkg. frozen
3 1/2 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 jar drained mushrooms
3/4 c. shredded almonds
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
3/4 c. mayo
1/2 c. white wine
1 small can evaporated milk
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese mixed with bread crumbs
