Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced zucchini
    1 1/2 qt. chicken broth
    1/2 c. onions
    1 c. cream
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. fresh basil or more to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter.
    Add zucchini with basil and stock. Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Blend in blender until smooth.
    Add cream and season to taste.
    Serve hot or cold.
