Poor Man'S Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 small chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix well and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Chill for a few hours.
    Cut into squares and roll in flour. Fry in butter or margarine until brown.
    Place in roaster and pour 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can of water (mixed) over it. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    The soup mixture can be used for the gravy.
