Strawberry Preserves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. berries
    1 tsp. Epsom salts
Preparation
    Mix berries and sugar together over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Let boil for 5 minutes.
    Add Epsom salts and boil 5 more minutes.
    Place in jars and seal good.
