Earthquake Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 stick soft butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
Preparation

Grease 10
x 16 x 2-inch cake pan.
Cover bottom of pan with coconut.
Cover coconut with pecans.
Prepare cake mix as directed on package.
Spoon cake mix over coconut and pecans. Combine butter,
powdered
sugar and cream cheese.\tMix until smooth. Spoon over cake mix.
Put small dollops all over cake mix.\tDon't try to spread.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
