Johnnie Fines Chow Chow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. tomatoes
    7 medium onions, chopped
    6 pods hot pepper
    6 sweet peppers
    1/4 tsp. salt
    5 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    3 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 pt. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix tomatoes (if too juicy, drain off some of juice), onions, salt and peppers.
    Let stand for 2 hours and drain.
    Add sugar, celery seed, dry mustard and vinegar.
    Put in jars.
