3 c. sugar
pinch of salt
1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 pt. half and half
1 large can crushed pineapple and juice
1 large can cream of coconut
1 gal. whole milk or 2%
3 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. whipping cream (optional)
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add other ingredients and mix.
Follow instructions for your ice cream freezer.
