Chicken Siciliana - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut up or mixed parts
1 small (12 to 16 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1/4 c. wine
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation

Place chicken in one layer in a 9 x 12-inch greased pan, skin side down.
Season with salt and pepper.
In a separate bowl, mix tomato, seasonings and oil.
With a spoon, spread 1/2 the tomato mixture over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Turn chicken pieces over, salt and pepper and spread on remaining tomato mixture.
Continue baking, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
