Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. salad oil
3 beaten eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. grated carrots (raw)
1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
-
Combine ingredients; mix well.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes, or until done.
