3 potatoes, cubed
4 carrots, chunked
1 green pepper and/or celery
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes (16 oz.)
1 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. salt
pepper
