Tamale Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 large can tomato puree
    2 cans corn (cream-style)
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1 can ripe olives, pitted
    2 tsp. salt (optional)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Saute onions in oil
    (large
    pan).
    Add tomato puree to oil and onions.
    Add corn.
    Let mixture get hot.
    Beat 2 eggs; add milk and corn meal. Stir eggs, milk and corn meal into hot tomato mixture.
    Add salt,
    sugar
    and
    olives.
    Let
    thicken. Add chili powder mixed in water.
    Put
    in
    3
    quart or 2 small containers. Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
