Baked Pineapple With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. can pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. sharp Cheddar, grated
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; save 4 tablespoons juice.
    Combine sugar and flour and stir in the 4 tablespoons pineapple juice.
    Add cheese and pineapple chunks; mix well.
    Spoon into a greased 1-quart casserole dish.
    Combine margarine and Ritz crackers.
    Sprinkle over pineapple mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until brown.
    Good with ham or chicken.
