Belgian Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 potatoes, sliced thin
    1 bell pepper (medium), chopped
    1/2 large onion, grated or sliced thin
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Spread layer of potatoes on bottom of round casserole dish (1 1/2 to 2-quarts).
    Pour half mixture of soup and milk over potatoes.
    Spread onion, pepper and seasonings on top.
    Repeat with all ingredients.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer uncovered to brown the top.
