Celery Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. celery cubed
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. water chestnuts
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. Ritz crackers crushed
    1/2 stick butter melted
Preparation
    In sauce pan boil for 5 minutes soup, milk, water chestnuts, salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix crackers and butter together to make crumbs.
    Place celery in a baking dish, pour soup mixture over celery; and top with cracker mixture.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
