Savory Baked Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. soft bread crumbs
4 slices American cheese
1 c. sliced onion
4 eggs
Preparation

Melt 2 tablespoons margarine; add crumbs and saute until golden.
Remove crumbs and reserve.
Melt remaining margarine.
Add onions and saute until tender, but not brown.
Arrange onions in 9-inch pie pan; break eggs carefully on top of onions.
Sprinkle with sauteed crumbs.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 15 minutes or until eggs are set.
