Chicken In Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken cutlets
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 c. College Inn chicken broth
    salt and pepper
    rosemary
Preparation
    Roll chicken in flour. Fry in mixture of olive oil and butter until brown.
    Put in baking dish. Sprinkle salt, pepper and rosemary.
    Pour mixture of wine and broth over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
