Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. corn meal
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    7 hot peppers
    1/2 c. whole kernel corn
    1 diced onion
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Mix sugar, eggs, buttermilk, Wesson oil, hot peppers, shredded cheese, whole kernel corn and diced onion.
    Stir and add corn meal.
    Pour in large bread pan.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 375\u00b0 or until golden brown.
