Rainbow Of Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large green peppers
    1 large red pepper
    1 large yellow pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 c. cored and coarsely chopped tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. basil leaves (fresh or dried)
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    In 3 quart casserole, microwave onion in oil for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add
    tomatoes, sugar, salt, pepper and basil.
    Cover and microwave
    5
    to
    8
    minutes.
    Stir
    after 3 minutes.
    Add peppers and
    continue
    microwaving
    for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Let stand covered for 5 minutes.
    Very-very good.
