Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. water chestnuts
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 (1 lb.) can Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained (can use frozen Veg-All)
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients together and top with 1 stack Ritz crackers and 1 stick oleo margarine.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
