Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 can whole kernel corn plus liquid
    1 can tomatoes
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 c. diced American cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    8 tortillas
    1 can refried beans
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and green pepper in large, heavy skillet. Mix in corn, refried beans and remaining ingredients except for tortillas.
    Spoon into a greased casserole dish and alternate with layers of tortillas (you might want to cut them up).
    Begin and end with meat mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
