Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. crab meat
4 slices bacon
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 (9-inch) baked pastry shell
2 oz. cream cheese
1 c. light cream
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp.
Crumble into pieces.
Melt butter; add mushrooms and onions; saute until limp.
Add cream cheese.
Stir until melted.
Beat eggs and cream together.
Slowly add to cream cheese mixture.
Add crab meat; heat until warm.
Do not boil. Sprinkle bacon and grated cheese on bottom of shell and gently pour liquid into shell.
Set on baking sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
