Russian Tea Cookies(Wedding Cookie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. soft butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients thoroughly.
    Sift together flour, salt and nuts and stir in.
    Chill dough at least 6 hours.
    Roll in 1-inch balls.
    Place 2 1/2 inches apart on very lightly greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes until set but not brown.
    While still warm, roll in sugar.
    Cool, roll in sugar again.
