Kathy'S Garlic Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 medium potatoes
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. chives
garlic powder to taste
1 cube margarine
Preparation

Peel and boil potatoes.
Drain and mash.
Stir in cream cheese, chives and garlic.
Pour into casserole dish.
Pour melted margarine on top; bake until hot.
