Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
    3 large onions, diced
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    3 large carrots, sliced
    3 large potatoes, quartered
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of tomato soup
Preparation
    Place the raw stew beef in bottom of 2-quart covered casserole dish.
    Layer the onions, celery, carrots and potatoes in order given.
    Spread soup over the top.
    Cover and bake at 250\u00b0 for 3 hours.
