Salmon With Lemon Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 salmon steaks (1-inch thick)
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/2 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    Salmon:
    Lay the salmon steaks in a skillet.
    Add water and sprinkle with salt.
    Heat on medium until water boils.
    Lower heat and cover skillet.
    Cook the fish 7 minutes.
    Lift the cooked salmon from the water.
    Place on a warm plate and remove skin. Serve with Lemon-Butter Parsley.
