Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large baking apples, peeled and sliced
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Place apples in 8-inch baking pan.
    Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
    In a bowl, combine flour and remaining sugar and cinnamon.
    Cut in butter until crumbs form.
    Drizzle water over apples.
    Sprinkle with crumb topping.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until apples are tender.
