Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 peppers, washed and cleaned out
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1 egg
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Stuff pepper halves with mixture of remaining ingredients; put in shallow dish.
    Pour 1 small can tomato sauce over peppers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
