Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice, uncooked
1 stick margarine
1 can water chestnuts, cut in small slivers
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 can onion soup
liquid from mushrooms and chestnuts (about 3/4 c.)
Preparation

Cook rice in 2 cups of water until nearly done; remove from heat and add margarine; put in casserole dish and add onion soup, mushrooms, water chestnuts and liquid.
Bake in covered casserole 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
May be done ahead of time and heated before serving.
