Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. shortening
    2/3 c. milk
    1 c. chopped nuts
    4 eggs
    1 (No. 303) can pumpkin (2 c.)
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, salt, soda, cinnamon and nutmeg together in large bowl.
    Mix and add the shortening, milk, chopped nuts, eggs and pumpkin.
    Mix well and pour into 4 (1 pound) coffee cans that have been greased and floured.
    Fill coffee cans half full.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
