Chocolate Nut Angel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. cream tartar
2 egg whites
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. chocolate chips
3 Tbsp. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. heavy cream
Preparation

Sift sugar and Tartar together.
Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
Add sugar gradually until glossy and smooth.\tGrease Pie Pan.
Put in pan and around sides.
Sprinkle with nuts.
