Baked Potato Spears - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes
    onion salt to taste
    Parmesan Dip
    1/4 c. Miracle Whip
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut potatoes lengthwise into wedges.
    Brush with Miracle Whip. Season with onion salt and pepper.
    Place on a greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan or just use a cookie sheet, whatever you have handy.
    Bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
    Serve with Parmesan Dip.
