Escalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. cornflakes, crushed with 1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except for cornflake mixture. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with cornflake mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
