Creamed Dry Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. dried beef
3 rounded Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 rounded Tbsp. flour
4 c. milk (approximately)
Preparation

Heat butter in skillet; add chopped dried beef and frizzle a few minutes.
Push to side of pan.
Add flour and stir (if too dry, add more butter) until flour turns a light brown.
Add milk until it's the thickness you like.
You can change the amount by using more or less flour and milk.
Also you can use less beef. Serve over homemade bread.
