Sauerkraut Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can whole corn
    1 large can sauerkraut
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
    2 whole carrots, sliced
    1 large onion
    5 medium potatoes
    1 lb. smoked sausage
    tomato juice (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook until carrots, onion and potatoes are tender.
    Add smoked sausage.
    Cook until sausage is thoroughly heated.
