Irish Lamb Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. American lamb, cubed
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can onion gravy
    2 medium carrots, sliced
    1 turnip, peeled and cubed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, carrots, celery and turnips in a microwave bowl.
    Cook, covered, on High for 10 minutes.
    Remove and let stand.
