Greek Spinach-Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh spinach
    1/2 c. minced white onion
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped dill
    2 dashes of nutmeg
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. cottage or Ricotta cheese
    1/3 lb. crumbled Feta cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. wheat germ
    1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    Chop spinach.
    Saute minced onion in olive oil until transparent.
    Add spinach; cover and cook until most of moisture evaporates.
    Remove from heat; add dill, nutmeg, salt, pepper, cottage cheese, Feta cheese, chopped onion and eggs.
    Mix well. Combine wheat germ and melted butter.
    Press into bottom and sides of large, flat baking dish.
    Pour cheese-spinach mixture into dish, spreading evenly.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until crisp and brown.
    Slice to serve.
