Cherokee Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 c. Minute rice
    1/4 c. green olives
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; pour off fat.
    Stir in stewed tomatoes, mushroom soup and rice.
    Cook over medium heat until rice is done. Add olives.
    Cook 5 minutes more.
    Add cheese and cook until melted.
