Frozen Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/3 c. coconut flakes
    1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip, thawed
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese and sugar in a bowl. Gradually add milk, beating until smooth. Stir in coconut, Cool Whip and vanilla. Spoon into crust.
    Freeze 4 hours. Garnish with coconut and maraschino cherries.
    Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
