Onion Flavored Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. corn meal
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. water
1 tsp. sugar

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and stir well.
Drop by spoonful into hot grease.
Fry to a golden brown or until bread floats.
