Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. carrots
1/2 c. pineapple (with syrup)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, then beat 2 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Sprinkle powdered sugar on top if you wish.
