Wheat Germ Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. maple flavoring
2 c. grated zucchini
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. wheat germ
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs. Add oil, sugars and maple flavoring.
Stir in zucchini.
In separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add to zucchini mixture. Stir in nuts.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes, or until tests done with toothpick. Makes 2 loaves.
