Hunter'S Lima Bean Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

dried large lima beans
salt
onion powder
small smoked sausages or large ones, cut into small pieces
Preparation

Wash dried limas and cover with water.
Add salt and onion powder to taste.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and let set for 1 hour.
Add sausages and bring to a boil again.
Lower heat and simmer covered for 1 to 2 hours until beans are tender, stirring only once or twice.
Frequent stirring causes beans to loose shape and turn to mush.
